DRYING
Prior selection and analysis. The drying is carried out in a continuous rotary system with controlled heat. Then it is classified with a sifter that separates leaves from the sticks.
GRIND
The process culminates with a selective grinding treatment and then goes to the last step: PARKING for no less than 12 months.
