Our brewmaster kombuchero is Lucio, who has always been passionate about ferments.

The Aloja kombucha is super varied, you can consume it as a refreshing drink, on a daily basis, but also be able to use it in different cocktails, with gin, vermouth, fernet, vodka. With a very simple mixture you create a different cocktail!

ABOUT ALOJA KOMBUCHA STRAWBERRY:

Fresh strawberry juice, lemon balm leaves, black and carbonated tea leaves.

Ideal to consume as a soda, make drinks and / or cocktails, to accompany sports or simply as a soft drink.

Tasting notes: A drink with slight acidity, sweet and light notes in the mouth, with the presence of tannins, medium-level bubbles and with personality.
