Our story begins in 2010 when Pablo and Karen return from their studies at Earth University in Costa Rica, with the idea of starting a joint project with other farmers in the area who would like to work under the principles of agroecology, organic and biodynamic culture. This is how they met Carol and Claudio who since 2010 had been promoting a biodynamic production project of yerba mate and annual crops. Between 2010 and 2011 they met other producers who joined the idea of forming an organic and biodynamic production cooperative. On August 10, 2012 we had the first assembly for the formation of our cooperative. Since then we have been working together with the 12 members that currently make up the cooperative.
