The Argentine Rural Society (SRA) is a civil association founded on July 1866 that groups large farm and land owners from the Pampas region, who dedicate to agriculture and livestock in Argentina.

The SRA main objectives are

  • to promote the roots and stability of men in the fields.
  • to improve rural life in all its aspects.
  • to cooperate with the improvement of techniques, methods and procedures applicable to rural tasks and the development and advancement of agro-industry.
  • to assume the most effective defense of the agricultural interests.

How to become a partner

The natural or legal person must fill-up an application form and pay the fee for the month at the time of submission. The Directive Board evaluates each application and when the income becomes effective, the payment is charged to the first month as a member.

Benefits that associates can access

Partners can:

  • make use of social dependencies.
  • take advice from the SRA through the Institute of Economic Studies and International Negotiations.
  • have free entry to all exhibitions, fairs or public events organized by the SRA.
  • receive SRA notifications as determined by the Directive Board.
  • access discounts on the fees for educational institutes that depend on the SRA, as well as the priority for filling vacancies.
  • take part in Assemblies.
  • special fees on the services the SRA provides (Genealogical Register and Laboratory).

  • Special fees for the registration of their products.
  • Permanent invitations and daily passes to distribute among their guests.
  • Entrance to the Associates' Cocktail and the Opening Ceremony, including a companion.
  • Disposition to use an exclusive room for members that includes offices for meetings, cafeteria service, WIFI and computers.
