It all started in 1896, in the town of San Carlos Norte, Province of Santa Fe, when Don Juan María Lheritier and Don Juan Orse decided to partner to produce food products, with the aim of supplying the most delicious flavors to the entire region. In 1919 Don Juan María Lheritier acquired the entire goodwill, embarking on a new stage of the company with his family. In 1958, the company decided to bet heavily on the future, generating an important transformation process, incorporating equipment and machinery of German, Italian and English technology, thus becoming a Moderna industrial plant.
