AlFerneé-alfajor de chocolate relleno de dulce de leche y un toque de helecho.
Utilizando nuestra creatividad, la herramienta más valiosa, tras un año de constante investigación y desarrollo, en marzo de 2018 presentamos al mundo el primer alfajor con Fernet. Nuevamente gracias al Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería de la provincia de Córdoba que nos dio una entrevista para el lanzamiento del nuevo producto, tuvimos impacto en todos los medios gráficos, de TV abierta y de cable del país. De repente hasta el radio de la aldea más remota de la inmensa Argentina nos llamaban para saber más de nuestra creación AlFerneé.
Ingredients: DULCE DE LECHE REPOSTERO (whole milk, milk solids, sugar, glucose, thickener: INS 407, INS 406, preservative: INS 202, ethyl vanillin); GALLETITAS DULCES FLAVOR A CHOCOLATE (wheat flour (According to law 25630 the flour is added with: Iron=30 mg/kg, Folic acid=2.2 mg/kg, Thiamine (B1)=6.3 mg/kg, Riboflavin (B2)=1.3 mg/kg, Niacin= 13 mg/kg. ); sugar, refined beef fat, corn starch, corn syrup, chemical leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, emulsifier: soy lecithin, preservative: sodium propionate, coloring: INS 150a, flavoring: with artificial chocolate flavor); BREADING BATTERY WITH MILK, SEMIAMARGUS; FERNET.
