Elaboration: Manual harvest plastic bins. Selection of bunches. Destemmed and squeezed. Selection of berries. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at 23-25 °C for 19 days. Natural malolactic fermentation.
Winemaker: Rodolfo Sadler.
