AlFerneé - Chocolate alfajor filled with dulce de leche and a touch of fernet.
Using our creativity, the most valuable tool, after a year of constant research and development, in March 2018 we presented to the world the first alfajor with Fernet. Again thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of the province of Córdoba who gave us an interview for the launch of the new product, we had an impact on all the graphic, open TV and cable media in the country. Suddenly even the radius of the most remote village of the immense Argentina were calling us to know more about our creation AlFerneé.
Ingredients: DULCE DE LECHE REPOSTERO (whole milk, milk solids, sugar, glucose, thickener: INS 407, INS 406, preservative: INS 202, ethyl vanillin); GALLETITAS DULCES FLAVOR A CHOCOLATE (wheat flour (According to law 25630 the flour is added with: Iron=30 mg/kg, Folic acid=2.2 mg/kg, Thiamine (B1)=6.3 mg/kg, Riboflavin (B2)=1.3 mg/kg, Niacin= 13 mg/kg. ); sugar, refined beef fat, corn starch, corn syrup, chemical leavening agents: ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, emulsifier: soy lecithin, preservative: sodium propionate, coloring: INS 150a, flavoring: with artificial chocolate flavor); BREADING BATTERY WITH MILK, SEMIAMARGUS; FERNET. CONTAINS WHEAT AND SOY MILK DERIVATIVES. MAY CONTAIN HAZELNUT, ALMOND, CHESTNUT, WALNUT AND PEANUT.
