Dulce de leche Lapataia is one of the richest Uruguayan traditions. Dulce de leche is always present: in candies, filled chocolates, chocolates, arrolladitos, with flans, with bread pudding, with churros, in cannons, bombitas, meringues, cakes, ice cream, pancakes and in the inevitable alfajores, with some toast and more.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, sugar, glucose, corn starch, acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavoring (vanilla), artificially flavored.
