In 2012 the brothers Javier and Ignacio Basaldúa left their respective jobs in mass consumption companies to create BABASAL SRL.
Initially it started as a commercial representation company for different mass consumption factories and then its booming and entrepreneurial vocation was the initial kick to fulfill its dream of building its own factory.
In 2015, the company added new partners and signed an agreement with Tetra Pak, a world leader in comprehensive packaging, processing and service solutions, in order to install its own juice factory, reconstituted milks, vegetable milks and other beverages packaged in laminated cardboard under UHT technology.
In 2020, to the already installed 200cc and 1000cc packaging lines, a 3rd 330cc line was added, giving an option of portions for adults.
Today, Babasal Srl packages its own brands and third parties (copacking /fason), handling a variety of more than 20 different product matrices with an available capacity of 100 million containers per year.
