Organic honey from atamisqui flowers. Monofloral.
It is obtained from the small flowers of the Atamisqui, an autochthonous shrub of Northwestern Argentina. The Atamisqui is an evergreen shrub, whose flowering in the month of November perfumes the entire mountain where it is located. It is popularly used for digestive purposes and it is quite possible that its honey retains the same property.
