Malbec wines have a deep purple and ruby color with ruby nuances that can seem almost black, during the first two years these colors are defined by cherry red, then you can see embroidered nuances.. It delivers complex aromas of black fruits, with a touch of menthol species, which together integrate subtle floral notes. The palate is voluminous and velvety, with a perfect balance between fruity flavors and oak.

They present an floral and fruity aroma. With an intense and fruity smell, within the main aromas of this wine we can find cherries, plums, coffee, chocolate, leather, truffle, vanilla, raisins, among others. The vanilla appears by oxidation in oak wood in the barrels in combination with the polyphenols of the wine.

Malbec wines are known for being warm, soft and with very pleasant sweet tannins. They have a combination of flavors of plum jam, sweet cherry, chocolate, dried fruits, vanilla and balsamic tastes. There are usually herbaceous notes when the vine is not harvested at its optimum ripening which usually determines a bitter taste. When aged in bottle it tastes like tobacco, pepper, cinnamon or leather.
