Among wild flora, streams and rivers, among aromas of jarilla, thyme, rue and thousands of spices, the Uco Valley arises.
We want to share a story that is told from the roots of the vine, through each drop of water that runs through the crystalline slopes and nourishes the earth: it is in the Uco Valley where the native ferns became vestiges of the formation of the cordillera. They found refuge by the side of a stream adjacent to our farms and traced the origin of the valley, which would later become an inexhaustible source of natural wealth.
