- Presentation: 5 kg / 11 lb bag.
- Dosage: 1 kg of product + 400 cc of water + 8 eggs + 400 gr of cheese.
- The new formulation allows to obtain a higher yield and the final product is more airy and with more volume.
- Elaboration: Adding the liquid ingredients in the indicated proportions per kilo of premixes, and admitting the addition of cheese, perfect chips are obtained in a short time. Bake at 180°C for 10 -12 min. Preferably consume warm.
