Bosque is a label that was launched in 2019 by the entrepreneurial creators of the Temple brewery. It is inspired by Patagonia and its biodiversity, and made with wild juniper, as a differential.
We seek that, from the selection of its inputs to the bottling of the finished product, the entire process is carefully supervised.
After four distillations, we take to bottle only the heart of the gin, discarding in good proportions the heads and tails of each batch.
