1854 is the product of hard work, passion and perseverance. The company was born in 2002, in a local context of uncertainty. Its creation coincided with the gourmet trend that was beginning to appear in the strongly traditional Argentine cuisine. Television channels and graphic media announced the gradual landing of exotic currents. Little by little, the familiar matrons of the kitchen were being replaced by young chefs who were emerging as personalities of the medium – no longer communicators of recipes but creators, painters of flavors–. The palette par excellence: spices, with which they imprinted their personal stamp on dishes of all kinds.
