The baker's dulce de leche, is dark brown in color with a caramelized flavor, with a slightly softer consistency than the confectioner's and its thick texture, serves to be used in filling bills or bread rolls.
Ingredients: leche entera, Azar car, glucosa, só lid cteos, almidó n, estabilizante (agar), regulador de acidez (sodium bicarbonate),
flavoring agent (sabor vainilla), preservative (sorbate de potasio).
