In 1923 Don Juan Paladini settled with his family in the town of Villa Diego, Santa Fe. There he begins to make products inspired by recipes from old Italy. Chorizos, blood sausages, salamis and bondiolas begin to be produced.
A cousin of the family, Bruno Paladini, begins collaborating with Don Juan in 1935 on everyday work. They were hard years, where nothing was left over and everything cost.
