Elaboration: Selection of bunches, filling of concrete pools by gravity and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Maceration of 20 days, with pigeage and delestage. The aging was carried out in oak foudres. Unfiltered bottling.
Winemaker: Rubén Ruffo.

The building is a tribute to the mountain, which defines both the climate and the soils of the region.

The construction was made with natural elements, local stones, round, white, calcareous. It is made of cement from the outside to the inside, from the stone walls to the concrete basins without epoxy coating where the wines are made.

The basins and amphorae are the result of years of experimentation in the search for the ideal vessel, up to the trunk-conicity as the shape that allows a more natural work in the musts and wines.
