Cabernet: Gualtallary, Valle de Uco, Mendoza. Elaboration : Selection of bunches, filling of concrete pools by gravity and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Maceration of 20 days, with pigeage and delestage. The aging was carried out in oak foudres. Unfiltered bottling. Winemake r: Rubén Ruffo. 750 ml / 25.4 oz:  each bottle.
