Fabre Montmayou's grapes come from our vineyards located in the best viticultural areas of Mendoza, and much further south, in Patagonia.
We cultivate with sustainable cultivation methods in order to obtain the best grapes while respecting the environment. We practice green thinning and green harvesting to ensure the balance of each vine and obtain a specific yield for each variety. The harvest is carried out by hand when the grapes have reached their optimum point of ripening.
