Peruvian Export Association (ADEX)

ADEX is a business institution, founded in 1973, with the purpose of representing and offer services to associate organizations like exporters, importers and trade service providers. This guild is constituted by large, medium and small companies that have the vision of achieving ambitious business objectives.

ADEX offers services that have been designed to cover the aspects of the management of foreign trade of a company, which added to their vocation of service, professionalism and dedication, ensures the best orientation for the success of your business.

Also, through ADEX's Institute of Foreign Trade and Graduate School they promote the knowledge of foreign trade according to the latest trends in the global market to train leaders and highly competitive professionals.

ADEX also owns a dependency that is meant to regulate and analyze External Trade from Peru to the world. This is the ADEX DT or ADEX Data Trade, defined as the System of Trade Intelligence and it is widely used by the different companies to develop and increase their competitiveness in the international businesses matters.

Through the Foreign Trade Services Committee, ADEX seeks to connect exporters with major service providers in order to achieve more efficient foreign trade operations. The committees they serve are:

Extractive industries

Extractive industries make an important contribution to the country's GDP, which is intensified through foreign trade. In 2016, these industries contributed to more than 60% of total exports. The Fisheries, Mines and Timber committees are made up of export companies with extensive experience and a strong commitment to the sustainability of natural resources, a key factor to operate in international markets.

Our Extractive Industries and Services Management and ADEX also pay important attention to the sustainability of the extractive sector and achieves this through the promotion and inclusion of complementary and alternative industries to traditional extractive industries such as non-metallic mining, aquaculture and forest plantations.

The team of professionals of this management maintains close relationships with key organizations for the development of the committees that it groups, which are:

Manufacture

More than 300 thousand jobs are generated by manufacturing companies operating in Peru. It is an interesting contribution to the economy that they can keep growing through the boost of exports of this sector that in 2016 totaled more than 5 billion dollars.

Agroexports

The constant advances in the commercial opening and the promotion of the country's exportable offer have placed Peru as one of the main sources of food for the world. Undoubtedly, a position gained thanks to the joint effort between the public and private sector that in 2016 allowed to generate exports for more than 5,550 million dollars.

The Management of Agroexports of ADEX contributes to the rise of exports, providing union representation and specialized advice through 10 sectoral committees:
