The building is a tribute to the mountain, which defines both the climate and the soils of the region. The construction was made with natural elements, local stones, round, white, calcareous. It is made of cement from the outside to the inside, from the stone walls to the concrete basins without epoxy coating where the wines are made.
The basins and amphorae are the result of years of experimentation in the search for the ideal vessel, up to the trunk-conicity as the shape that allows a more natural work in the musts and wines.
