White raisins are often called golden raisins or muscats. There are many fruits that can be turned into raisins, but they are mostly made out of grapes. Raisins may be eaten raw or used in baking, cooking and even brewing.
This raisins are oven dried, but there are also many different drying methods. The drying process of the grape can take long or short time depending on the used method. One method is sun drying.
