Aguayo is an elegant example of an extreme altitude wine, complex and fresh with the natural acidity found in the carefully selected extreme altitude vineyards located in Hualfin, Catamarca province, Argentina. An old style wine with a long finish in the mouth coming from the two years in French barrels.

Aguayo evokes a feeling of dried cherries and blackcurrants, with floral notes of rosehip and a soft mint finish.
